Appliances such as dishwasher, gas range and oven, microwaves, garbage disposal and smoke detectors. The home inspector inspects the garage slab, walls, ceiling, vents, entry, garage door, windows, firewall, openers, lights, receptacles, exterior, and roof.
The checklist does not include asbestos, radon gas ,lead paint, toxic mold, mildew, and pest control.
